§ 1 General

The contractual language is German. Only the German text is bindung. The following text is only for information.
The  following terms and conditions are valid for all contracts regarding products bought in our online Geocoinshop www.geocoinshop.de

§ 2 Orders and Contract

All orders are binding. Contract becomes effective with customers order and sending of the products to the customer. The contractual partner is:

Receiving of the customers order will be confirmed by e-mail. The contract becomes effective after receipt of payment and shipment of goods. An e-mail informs about the shipment.

§3 Contract

The contract will be stored. You will receive your order data by e-mail. In case of registration you have insight to these data on the log-in side.

§ 4 Prices

All prices are end-prices in Euro excluding shipping. Prices include VAT.

§ 5 Shipping Costs

For shipping costs please refer to our website (“Shipping Costs”). Shipments out of the European Union, are eventually liable to customs duty, which have to be paid by the buyer.

§ 6 Terms of Payment

Customer  can choose between PayPal, Direct Ebanking, Credit Card, Automated Debit Bank Transfer and Bank Tranfer. Costs resulting from unjustified back posting of transferred money can be invoiced to the customers.

§ 7 Shipping Time

Shipment will be done after receipt of payment. Goods will be transferred to forwarder (DHL) within app. 1-2 days. In the unlikely case goods are out of stock, we will do a partial delivery on our expense. In this case we will inform you and take care to complete the shipment as soon as possible.

§8 Agreement regarding Absorption of Costs

In case the purchaser does exercise his right of withdrawel (§9 AGB),  he has to bear the costs of return if the value of the order does not exceed Euro Forty (EUR 40) and the good(s) delivered correspond to the good(s) purchaser ordered.

§ 9 Right of Withdrawal for the Consumer

Purchasers, who are consumers, are entitled by applicability of the regulations for distance contracts to a right of revoking the contract on condition of the following instructions. Purchaser can revoke the order within a revocation period of one month without further specification of reasons in written form (e.g. letter or e-mail) or by returning the goods. The revocation period does not start before the delivery and the reception of this instruction. Punctual dispatch suffices to comply with the time limit. The revocation must be declared to:

In case of an effective revocation, any performance received by one party is to be returned to the respective other, as are benefits derived from such performance, e.g. interest. If Purchaser cannot return the goods received in whole or in part or if Purchaser can only return the received goods in a deteriorated state, Purchaser must pay compensation for value insofar. There is no duty to pay compensation for value, if the sole cause of deterioration of the good(s) received was the inspection of the respective good(s), as would have been possible in a retail shop. For the rest Purchaser can avoid paying compensation for value in respect of deterioration in the good(s) as a result of their/ its proper use, if Purchaser does not use the good(s) the way Purchaser uses Purchaser's own property and refrain from doing anything that would curtail the value of the good(s).
If the value of the order does not exceed Euro Forty (EUR 40) and the good(s) delivered correspond to the good(s) Purchaser ordered, Purchaser has to bear the costs of return. If Purchaser is an EU-resident and if the value of Purchaser's order exceeds Euro Forty (EUR 40) the costs of return will be borne by Geocoinshop.de.
Obligatory refunds of payments must be made within 30 days after sending the revocation or returning the goods.

These Rights of withdrawal do not apply for products manufactured according to the customers specification. A return is in those cases not accepted.
This ends this statement of the rights of withdrawal.

§ 10 Warranty

The legal rights apply.
Due to the fact that the material of the geocoins is metal, minor changes in color or patina ocurring dependent on storage conditions at the customer site, is possible.


§ 11 Data Security

The entered personal data will be stored for order processing only, taking into account “Bundesdatenschutzgesetze (BDSG)” and “Telemediengesetzes (TMG)”.
In order to guarantee best data security, we are working with a secure SSL connection.
Our website is verified from THE USERTRUST Network and has an SSL-Server-Certificate.
When subscribing our newsletter we will store your e-mail address for advertising until you will unsubscribe the newsletter.
We will not forward your personal data without your approval to third parties. Exceptions are our partners for shipment and money transfer, who will  need the data for order processing. In this case the data transfer is limited to the minimum of necessary data, which are essential to realize the order processing.

Cookies
Our website does use cookies, which makes usage more effective and safer. Most of the cookies are session cookies and will be deleted after your vist. We do not store personal data via cookies. Cookies do not contain virusses and do not harm your computer.

§ 12 Reservation of Property

The goods shall remain property of the seller until full payment

§ 13 Governing Law

German law governs these Terms and Conditions under exclusion of the UN Sales Convention.
